His nuclear experience includes 12 years on the staff of the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy, U.S. Congress (six years as Staff Director), 11 years as president/ Chairman of the Board of the American Nuclear Energy Council, and eight years as Chairman of the Con Edison Indian Point Nuclear Facilities Safety Committee.
