DOE Standards of Interest to the DNFSB

The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB or Board) is required by statute to review the content and implementation of Department of Energy (DOE) safety standards governing defense nuclear facilities and provide advice and recommendations on changes necessary to ensure adequate protection of public health and safety (as detailed in 42 U.S.C. §2286a(b)(1)). The attached file includes of list of DOE regulations, directives, technical standards, and supplemental directives that are of interest to the DNFSB. The DNFSB reserves the right to update this list.
